Open to TPS Certified Staff only: Kagan Cooperative Learning is all about engagement! Learn how to increase levels of student engagement, boost achievement, and foster a safe environment while addressing students' needs. This session is open to certified staff members (teachers, administrators, instructional coaches, counselors, SLP, social workers) who will be continuing their employment with the Topeka Public Schools. College credit is offered through a university that works with Kagan Professional Development. Details will be shared at the training by the national presenter.

Through case studies, role-playing scenarios, and collaborative discussions, educators will learn how to identify triggers, de-escalate crisis situations, and implement personalized intervention plans tailored to meet the unique needs of students.
